The Blanco River
Float. Swim. Wade. The Blanco River is the perfect summer spot for kiddoes, teens, and adults. Be sure to bring water shoes for the kids. Bring a cooler and some music to hang out for the entire day!

Riverview Pool
Shallow water allows you to hang out and mingle. Higher elevation gives you 180° views of the Blanco River. Check out the sweet splash-pad for the young’uns with lots of chaises to lounge and catch some rays.

Blanco River Paddle Tours with REI
Join REI Experiences for a paddle tour exploring a calm water section of the Blanco River, conveniently located in 7A’s backyard! Whether you are looking to kayak or stand-up paddle board, we have a variety of tours to choose from ranging from instructional programs to evening and night tours.

Kayak & Paddleboard Rentals
Come to the 7A Office to rent a paddleboard, single kayak or tandem kayak! See guidelines for requirements and restrictions. Explore the turquoise water of the Blanco river from one of our top of the line kayaks.

Pool Cantina
Need a reprieve from the summer sun when hanging pool side? Or just want a really cool place to hang out? All overnight guests have access to the poolside, open-air cantina. With a TV, couch, bar, and extra seating space, the Cantina is a fun alternative to the river.

Volleyball, Basketball (half) Courts, Tennis & Pickleball!
Grab the crew for a sand volleyball game or a pick up basketball game. Be sure and pack your basketball, volleyball or other sports gear as we have a limited selection available.

Pioneer Town Scavenger Hunt
During summer, we hold a scavenger hunt through Pioneer Town. Pick up directions in our Ice Cream Parlor.
